Riverbend Floats policy on floating as it pertains to river levels at the Tahlequah guage (see link above):

6'.................................Children 10 and under shall float in rafts only

6' 6"............................All persons shall float in rafts only

7' 6"............................All floating ceases

Muddy water............All floating ceases

We strictly adhere to the policy stated above for your safety.    

 

Please observe the following for your excellent visit to the scenic Illinois River:

Wear your life jacket.

Do not tie boats together.

Drink plenty of liquids and stay hydrated.

Do not jump or dive into the river.

Do not swing from rope swings.

Avoid logs and do not grab hold of limbs.

Wear old tennis shoes or water shoes.

Use sunscreen.

Stay on the inside of curves.

Obey No Trespassing and Private Property signs.

Pay attention and watch the river in front of you.

Do not take valuables and/or keys on your float trip.

We provide thrash bags for our float customers.

Please don't litter.
